I was upgraded to a NICE size apartment with all necessary equipment. The breakfast was delicious and very very good with home made bread, home made cookies, no reason to complain. Location: the hotel was next to hiking in Cinque Terre, great restaurants and a nice area, private parking, 15 walking from the train central station.

the location was perfect for me as it was close to the city center and just a short walk from the train station. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious homemade options.
The surrounding area wasn't particularly appealing.

The room decorations were well-done, with a nice color theme throughout. the orange room had small items that followed the theme, although the black hairdryer seemed out of place. the breakfast was good and there was parking available in a private courtyard.
The rooms were quite small, which is understandable considering the affordable price. It would have been helpful if it was mentioned that the owner didn't speak English.

We got great value for our money with a free room upgrade and a comfortable, clean, and colorful room. The location was nice, just a 15-minute walk to the center, and the staff treated us like family, providing helpful suggestions and even giving us a ride to the train station.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more variety in the breakfast items.
